Sunday morning brunch at the 94th Aero Squadron is an awesome family affair on a sunny Los Angeles morning. The restaurant features fantastic atmosphere, plenty of running room, delicious food and if you love planes, entertainment.
94th Aero Squadron, A Restaurant your Preschooler will Love!
Preschooler friendly foods are abundant at the 94th Aero Squadron. Chicken nuggets, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, pastas, juice boxes and a variety of desserts including ice cream sundaes are available. Milk, juices, hot cocoa and water are provided to preschoolers from the beverage bar.
Delectable delights for parents with a more refined palette are also offered at the buffet. Poached salmon, sushi, roasted meats, eggs benedict, homemade waffles, bagels, lox, pastas, salads, fresh fruit, made-to-order omelets, complimentary champagne and much more are awaiting your sampling!
Pricing is a little on the steep side at $23.94 for adults and $7.94 for children under 12.
Don't Miss Out On
The Sunday brunch "Early Bird Special" is a $5.00 savings per adult and is available to patrons being seated before 10:00 am.
Patio seating is a must for preschoolers if weather permits. Your preschooler will love being close to the airport action (a chain link fence separates the outdoor eating area from the airport). There are large grassy play areas where preschooler’s are free to run and play, without fear of disturbing other patrons, while their parents enjoy a leisurely meal.
Disadvantages of the 94th Aero Squadron for Preschoolers
Not everyone sees the value in spending $7.94 for a meal when your child may eat only $1.00 worth of food. If you consider the educational and entertainment value of observing the airport traffic, maybe it's not so expensive after all.

94th Aero Squadron is located at the end of Raymer St off of Woodley Ave in Van Nuys.
Hours of operation: 11:00am-4:00pm for lunch Monday through Saturday. Dinner is served from 4:00pm-10:00pm Monday through Thursday and from 4:00pm to 11:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Sunday brunch is offered from 9:00am-3:00pm.
